Systemic therapy of allergic dermatosis in children (literature review)

Allergic pathology of skin is one the most pressing problems modern pediatry. The common allergic dermatoses: simple and contact dermatitis, atopic various forms eczema, acute chronic urticaria, Quincke's edema, toxicodermias, multiforme exudative erythema (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome). According to international program documents EAACI (European Academy Allergy Clinical Immunology), AAAAI (American Allergy, Asthma & PRACТALL (Practical Allergology Consensus Report) consists of: environmental control eliminate allergenic non-allergenic factors, care, local pharmacotherapy. Systemic pharmacotherapy includes using drugs following groups: antihistamines, glucocorticosteroids, membrane's stabilizators (kromons), leukotriene receptor antagonists, anti-IgE, cytostatics, sorbents, hepatoprotectors, probiotics, vitamins minerals, antioxidants, sedative medications, enzymes, antibacterial, antifungal antiviral, immunomodulatory immunosuppressive medications. Purpose — increase information possibilities therapy children.
